At around 36:57 Edward Henry’s microphone dropped out when he was referring to the undated, circumstantial DNA evidence.

A point of Sky recording proceedings is to demonstrate transparency.

Will the judiciary office or Sky be providing a transcript for what was said by Edward Henry when his microphone dropped out?

On the 24th January 2023 the criminal cases review commission (CCRC) stated in part here;

The new DNA evidence found by the CCRC does not prove that the man on the DNA database committed these or any offences.

The CCRC has, however, passed the new DNA evidence to Greater Manchester Police for them to consider further.
