During his section 14 interview on 14th August 2003, sadistic murderer Luke Mitchell told the police his mother Corinne and his brother Shane Mitchell had a fire in their garden on the evening he committed his murder.

Less than 3 weeks later the murderer gave a Sky News interview to James Matthews, on the very day that Jodi Jones was laid to rest, pretending he knew nothing about his fires.

Motivations For Stalking

According to Stalkers And Their Victims (here) research by Paul E. Mullen, Michele Pathé and Rosemary Purcell say that the “resentful” stalkers stalking “is designed to inflict fear and distress”.

According to the public prosecution services for Northern Ireland website here, they state;

There are many reasons why a person may stalk another and there is no such thing as a ‘typical’ stalking perpetrator. 

The ‘Stalking Risk Profile’ – developed by Mullan et al of Melbourne University – assists investigators and prosecutors in understanding stalking behaviour and risk. This profile divides stalkers into five types and considers the context in which the stalking arises and the stalker’s motivation for contacting the victim:

The Rejected Stalker – Rejected stalking arises in the context of the breakdown of a close relationship. Victims are usually former sexual intimates; however, family members, close friends, or others with a very close relationship to the stalker can also become targets of Rejected stalking

The Resentful stalker – Resentful stalking arises when the stalker feels as though they have been mistreated or that they are the victim of some form of injustice or humiliation. Victims are strangers or acquaintances who are seen to have mistreated the stalker.

The Intimacy Seeking stalker – Intimacy seeking stalking arises out of a context of loneliness and a lack of a close confidante. Victims are usually strangers or acquaintances who become the target of the stalker’s desire for a relationship. Frequently Intimacy Seeking stalkers’ behaviour involves delusional beliefs about the victim, such as the belief that they are already in a relationship, even though none exists.

The Incompetent Suitor – The Incompetent suitor stalks in the context of loneliness or lust and targets strangers or acquaintances. Unlike the Intimacy Seeker, however, their initial motivation is not to establish a loving relationship, but to get a date or a short term sexual relationship. Incompetent Suitors usually stalk for brief periods, but when they do persist, their behaviour is usually maintained by the fact that they are blind or indifferent to the distress of the victim.

The Predatory Stalker – Predatory stalking arises in the context of deviant sexual practices and interests. Perpetrators are usually male and victims are usually female strangers in whom the stalker develops a sexual interest. The stalking behaviour is usually initiated as a way of obtaining sexual gratification (e.g., voyeurism targeting a single victim over time), but can also be used as a way of obtaining information about the victim as a precursor to a sexual assault, the most dangerous leading to serious attack.

Do Not Trust Mis ”Leading Criminologists” Like David Wilson When It Comes To Sadistic Murderers Like Luke Mitchell (Part 318)

Failure To Address Innocence Fraud

In April 2023 David Wilson, described as a “leading criminologist” by mainstream media, stated via the Herald here;

I’ve never needed to be convinced that miscarriages of justice happen in Scotland.

David Wilson continues to fail to address the very real innocence fraud phenomenon, which Jodi Jones’ murderers public relations spin campaign most definitely is, and has been.

The next sentence in his 2023 article plugged a book he had written on another murderer called George Beattie, who murdered Margaret McLaughlin in Carluke, Lanarkshire on 6th July 1973.

Margaret McLaughlin was 23 years old when she found stabbed to death multiple times, in a woodland known locally as Colonel’s Glen, near to Carluke railway station.

George Beattie admitted his guilt to his murder.

David Wilson stated towards the end of his article;

The Scottish Criminal Justice System never seems keen to admit to its mistakes but, as I have always argued, a judicial system cannot call itself mature and civilised unless it’s prepared to hold its hands up and admit when it gets things wrong.

The above reads like David Wilson’s psychological projections.

Irresponsible Claims

David Wilson’s allegation that Jodi Jones’ “killer is still to be brought to justice” was (and still is) arrogant and extraordinarily offensive, especially to Jodi Jones’ loved ones and to all those people who brought Jodi Jones’ murderer to justice.

It was also an immensely irresponsible move on David Wilson’s part.

Many vulnerable individuals have been groomed and conned by Jodi Jones’ murderer and his chief enablers over the years.

The indoctrination and psychological manipulation experienced by these individuals will no doubt take them a long time to reverse (or deprogram) and recover from.

David Wilson failed to carry out his due diligence.

He also disingenuously attempted to give the public the impression he had read trial transcripts, stating “I have been able to: read transcripts from Luke’s trial…”.

Trial transcripts were not in the public domain in 2023, and the testimony of many of the witnesses who gave evidence during the murderers 2004/05 trial, have never been transcribed.

However, now that transcripts are finally being published, they tell a very different narrative to the one told over these past two decades by the murderer, his enablers and the mainstream media.

That is a fair point Ron.

I know the fight I have had because people would ask for cites, proof etc, told many times that they trust the people who have had access directly to the defence papers.

Even when pointing out that they were not actually being shown proof from them anyway.

Whatever excerpts were being used were out of context.

That the narrative put out was based on the following: Safety nets of what they hoped would not be made public.

Statements, transcripts, reports etc.

I am going to turn something on its head here, flip it over.

Innocents Betrayed tells you that ‘there will be those who will oppose the truth, fear it. If anyone opposes the truth then it means they must have something to fear‘.

And stop.

That type of psychology was put in place by an actual liar, in place to prevent people from listening to anyone/thing else, to not listen to anyone who would inevitably oppose the lies in place by Sandra Lean etc.

It is as simple as –

‘To change public opinion one must change the narrative (by lying their head off), deflect from the convicted and place focus elsewhere. Attempt to show they acted out of self interest (by lying their head off)’

The exposure of the lies, removes the false narrative they have compiled together.

As for guilt/innocence –

Again, what you have been working with is primarily liars.

They have not stopped with those trial transcripts, this is across the board.

At best when one removes those lies, one can only work with proven beyond any doubt, which is not innocence.

When working with the actual evidence, one is working with clear factual guilt.

During the trial testimony of Corinne Mitchell, it became clear that Philip Mitchell appeared/appears to be the person who bought his killer son Luke Mitchell the knife which he committed his murder with.

  • Alan Turnbull: Okay. And you’ve expressed that view I think to the police a number of times, haven’t you?

  • Alan Turnbull: I want you to see the way you’ve expressed yourself in that context, if we may. Have you please before you production 40. Production 40 is a transcript of a tape recorded interview between the police and Luke on the 4th July 2003, amd you were present?
  • Corinne Mitchell: Yes
  • Alan Turnbull: Okay. Go to page 175 for me please. Because page 175 of the transcript it is actually you that is talking to the police, you see that don’t you?
  • Corinne Mitchell: Yes
  • Alan Turnbull: And want you said, amongst other things, is that “He knows…” I think that’s a reference to your former husband. “He knows I absolutely detest and hate knives” Is that right?
  • Corinne Mitchell: That’s right
  • Alan Turnbull: And you’ve explained, “I got annoyed anytime he gave Luke anything like that. I got very annoyed”
  • Corinne Mitchell: That’s got suspect written at it
  • Alan Turnbull: I think we’re probably looking at different bits. The bit I’m looking at is three or four bits down, it’s got mother beside it
  • Corinne Mitchell: Uh huh
  • Alan Turnbull: “I got annoyed anytime he….” that again I think a reference again to your former husband “…..he gave Luke anything like that I got really annoyed”
  • Corinne Mitchell: Mine says suspect. I think that mine is supposed to say mother
  • Alan Turnbull: Well mine certainly says mother
  • Judge: This is a page that the jury had blanked out
  • Alan Turnbull Yes, well it’s obviously you talking isn’t it?
  • Corinne Mitchell: Yes
  • Alan Turnbull: Yes okay. So here we see in the context of the discussion with the police, which included a discussion effectively between you and them about the knives. You’ve explained – just as you have I think to me – that you absolutely hate and detest knives
  • Corinne Mitchell: I do, yes
  • Alan Turnbull: And you got annoyed if for example, your former husband gave Luke anything like that?
  • Corinne Mitchell: Yes
  • Alan Turnbull: Yes. And in your own interview with the police on 6th July at page 37 the same topic was raised. Back to 156 page 37 of this please. 6 lines down from the top “Luke knows I don’t like knives”
  • Corinne Mitchell: Sorry what was that?
  • Alan Turnbull: We’re looking at page 37
  • Corinne Mitchell: Yes
  • Alan Turnbull: We’re looking at 6 lines down from the top
  • Corinne Mitchell: Uh huh
  • Alan Turnbull: “Luke knows that I don’t like knives”

  • Alan Turnbull: Okay. A little bit further down, 10 lines down there is a comment that begins “Philip knows my thoughts” I think Philip is your former husband

  • Alan Turnbull: “Philip knows my thoughts on knives, but I do remember something beimg mentioned about a knife. And it’s said it was at dad’s. When Philip mentioned it he said something about fishing. I remember getting annoyed”

  • Alan Turnbull: Right so consistently with what you told me, you didn’t approve of that?

Detective chief superintendent Craig Dobbie was not appointed as senior investigating officer until gone 03:00hrs, by which time all the family members had left the scene.

And no one was “covered in blood” like killer Sean Toal stated!

This is another intentional bare faced lie!

Alice Walker was the only person to have gone near her grand-daughter Jodi Jones’ body and Alice had said she might have touched her grand-daughters forehead.

The intentional bare faced lie about Alice Walker “cradling” her grand-daughter body was started by sadistic murderer Luke Mitchell!

Janine Jones, Steven Kelly and Alice Walker were driven directly to Newbattle police station, they were not “drove about” Dalkeith like killer Sean Toal stated and they didn’t go home until after they had been at the police station – where they were asked questions.
