On the 4th of November 2022 Michael Naughton appeared on ‘Rise’ (BNT) with Sonia Poulton.

Michael Naughton who claimed during the show that ‘people blur reality with fiction’ stated on psychopathic mass murderer, child killer, rapist and coercive controller Jeremy Bamber;

Jeremy Bamber – if he is innocent – everybody now thinks that it’s a proven fact – everybody that’s looked into the case

Where is Michael Naughton’s evidence to support this bizarre and false claim?

In reality, it appears many people who have looked into the case seem to believe it to be yet another example of the very real innocence fraud phenomenon. And support for psychopathic mass murderer Jeremy Bamber appears to be minimal and at an all time low.

Michael Naughton also stated in relation to the psychopathic killer of Diana Garbutt;

In Robin’s case there’s no evidence whatsoever that Robin killed his wife Diana. And in fact the hypothesis (Michael laugh when he says this) the – the kind of case the prosecution made against Robin it’s – it’s just – it’s just completely spurious.

And so they made this claim based on they say that there was you know – that there was a shop was a post office in a village stores. So they – they looked into the post office accounts and they said there was £16,000 missing.

So – so from this fact that they think some – there’s some money missing from the post office accounts they then start to go – Robin’s got a motive to murder Diana because Robin has been stealing money from the post office. Their gonna be going on holiday soon. A relief post mistress or post master is gonna come – they’ll be an audit and he’s gonna be found out. So he’s got to murder his wife hasn’t he. There’s no other thing that he can do.

The problem with that right, is that we’ve found out now – that this accounting – there was an accounting error. That there was no money missing from the post office..

In reality psychopathic killer Robin Garbutt “was struggling with credit-card debts of £30,000 and had been taking money from the post office” (Read more here) and after his premeditated murder of Diana Garbutt he pretended make believe ‘armed robbers’ were responsible for his murder of Diana and his thefts from the post office.

Now Robin – a case is built from what they think is money missing from the post office okay. But what they’re not looking at – they’re not looking at is any evidence that points away from Robin and points to other people.

So again what it is – it’s a kind of they’ve – there was a book written in the 1980’s by a group of socio-legal academics and it was called ‘The case for the prosecution’ . It was by Mike McConville, Andrew Sanders and a guy called Leng.

And what they did was they analysed hundreds and hundreds of crown court cases and they said what the prosecution doesn’t – and we know this – it only considers incrim – things which are potentially incriminating against you and leaves everything else out.

So in this case..

Michael Naughton then briefly mentions some kind of conspiracy theory, which he claims he doesn’t do but in reality his behaviour during the innocence fraud phenomenon scam/hoax of killer Simon Hall demonstrates he most certainly does.

If Michael Naughton has genuine concerns for ‘wrongful convictions’ and ‘miscarriages of justice’ why doesn’t he use the case against Simon Hall to prove his point?

To date Michael Naughton has failed to address the part he played in the innocence fraud scam/hoax of actually, factually guilty killer Simon Hall.
