State trooper Joseph Paul stated Karen Read “side swiped” (or “clipped” as later confessed to by killer Karen Read) John O’Keefe at approximately 12:45pm.

Brian Higgins’ evidence was that he left 34 Fairview between 12:30am and 1:00am.

Brian Higgins stated that when he left he did not see any vehicles outside.
