Let’s deal with highlighting the actual evidence in LM V HMA and not one’s fairytale Scott Forbes.

The boys on the moped –
Around 20 minutes in total. Of being on both those paths, the Roans Dyke path and the Lady path.
That noisy bike!
Tinkering with it and trying to get it started, getting it started and riding in up and down a couple of times, riding it down at the exact same time as Luke Mitchell hung up on that call.
They entered the Roans Dyke Path after Leonard Kelly the cyclist, so no earlier than 5:15pm.
Home again just after 5:30pm, up that path again and along Lady Path – Witnessed.
The employee who saw the bike at a standstill from The Beeches, whilst they were driving a car!
The expanse of that field, seeing no people, not at all surprising, where they said it was “close to” where there is a break in the wall, one cannot see the V break unless upon that path itself.
A row of trees blocking any view.
Admitted to stopping with the bike, but they certainly did not admit to being in any woodland.
But and again, those who harp on continuously about evidence –
Absolutely no forensic evidence of any sort found in that woodland, the locus, the victim from those boys.
Absolutely nothing found of any killer making their escape in any direction bar W and NW within that woodland strip –
This deflection and sheer fantasy from Luke Mitchell’s enablers!
No more than 20 minutes to do all sorts where most of that time was spent trying to get that clapped up moped going.
And spare me the utter bollocks around one’s mystery male, the manipulation which is second nature to Luke Mitchell’s enablers!
As above, taken a slithering of truth from something repeated in the media of the boys being stationary “at” the V break in that wall.
Where they have every piece of information around the actual sighting, of the “close to” of NOT being able to see that V break in the wall.
Taken that slithering of truth and building it into utter fantasy, to serve purpose, to play with innocent lives, to distract away from Luke Mitchell.
The exact same on repeat now with the mystery male –
There was NO accepted identification of anyone from some over the phone claim.
Again, taken some tiny slithering of truth, building it into something completely false, to serve purpose, to play with innocent lives to deflect away from Luke Mitchell –
Behave, at least try to connect those cells, somehow.
Donald Findlay at trial, directly to the boys, told them that someone had given information to the police of seeing their bike upon that path. Of it being stationary with no boys in sight, those tactics.
There were NO witnesses at the trial of any bike at any V break.
Now for some context and we are talking of those lies doing the round, that the bike was SEEN at the break in the wall.
The person who gave the information was driving their car in a national speed zone, on The Beeches.
Even the person who gave the information to the police did not see any bike at any V break in that wall, it cannot be seen, the bike IF seen was up past the line of trees blocking all view of both the wall and the V break.
Now we add context and real time to this, ok? The boys at 5pm and after were in the yard of Basic Tool Hire, chased from the premises with that broken bike. The time to Hough it out of there, up Newbattle road and into that path, not even reaching that V break in the wall until after Leonard Kelly had passed and stopped around that point to listen.
They arrived back at Gordon Dickie’s (again witnessed) around 5:35pm. So, in real time from the point of that V break in the wall, we are at around 15 minutes. With a broken bike, of tinkering with it, on their hunkers, taking brief rest, getting it started and riding up and down a couple of times and home.
Even IF, and that is one massive IF, they had been in that woodland, which would have been for the briefest of moments, what exactly could they possibly have seen? That murder, and certainly with Leonard Kelly evidence had already taken place, some 43ft west of that V break in the wall with no viewpoint. –
But certainly, if one wishes to add arms and legs, to manipulate and bend reality and truth, then who am I or anyone else to stop or change a mind already set in stone. What is a mountain of lies and disinformation when promoting a convicted killer is innocent?
The mystery male, that stocky man, who had been identified as the “high five guy” who was stocky, who had curly reddish hair, who did walk around with his backpack, who had been on that stretch of road just not around 5pm on the 30th of June. Who looked absolutely nothing like Steven Kelly, John Ferris nor Joseph Jones of course.
Where John Ferris was of course some distance away witnessed by others. Where neither Steven Kelly nor Joseph Jones could have been described as stocky with reddish curly hair. A person makes an over the phone claimed identify and in the EXACT same fashion as any slithering of truth it is built into something completely false, the exact same as the manipulation around any bike NEVER being seen at any V break in that wall.
And as with Steven Kelly and the blatant lies told by Sandra Lean for years, when touting out he was only alibied by his girlfriend, no he was not, he was also in the company of his father. She knew this, read the statements, but because the physical copy of the fathers’ statement was NOT in the defence papers, she used that slithering of truth, of it not being inclusive to build something up into being completely false.
We have the exact same thing happening with Joseph Jones who was also in the company of Allen Ovens that day having his dinner. The expert who is telling you that all she puts out is the “everything” you need to know, who could NOT even tell you that Allen Ovens had been a witness for the Crown – Behave!
‘Trial by media’ to ‘Innocence by media’ to ‘trial of multiple innocence by media, by way of smearing – Hypocrisy has no boundaries in this Innocence fraud, does it?
Pointed out to Sandra Lean by someone, showing her that the same things they claimed happened to Luke Mitchell wrongly is in effect happening now with this smear campaign –
But it is ok, she knows it is happening, but it is for the greater good just now, to get support and attention, by way of smearing, manipulating and bending the actual truth so far out of shape it becomes lost in the mire!
